The website is an online place where users buy and sell services and sales items. The buyer and seller must register for an account to buy or sell sales services and/or items. We are not parties to contractual agreements between the buyer and the seller in the online shop, we only facilitate the links between the parties. The proprietary material is protected in all forms, media and technologies that are now known or developed below. Workana owns all proprietary materials as well as the coordination, selection, disposition and enhancement of these proprietary materials as a collective work in accordance with the amended U.S. Copyright Act. Owner material is protected by national and international copyright laws, patents and other property rights and laws.
